Course Overview:

This entry-level course provides a solid foundation in memory training. Through systematic instruction across six core modules, learners move beyond rote memorization to develop a scientific, efficient memory system.

Course Content:

• Number Memory: Master number encoding and associative chaining to understand the logic behind memorizing numbers.

• Poker Card Memory: Build an ordered memory framework and train rapid card memorization.

• Random Word Memory: Strengthen associative construction and logical linking to improve information integration.

• Name & Face Memory: Learn feature recognition and association-pairing techniques for fast, accurate recall.

• Historical Dates & Events: Connect timelines with events to eliminate confusion and forgetting.

• Poetry & Text Memory: Use imagery-based and structured methods for easy comprehension and recitation.​​

Course Outcomes:

Upon completing Level 1, learners will be able to:

• Accurately memorize 80–120 digits of numbers within 5 minutes.

• Memorize a fully shuffled deck of poker cards in approximately 10 minutes.

• Memorize 40–80+ random words efficiently within 5 minutes.

• Quickly retain names, faces, locations, historical dates, and key events.

• Develop fast, organized, and durable memory habits, significantly improving learning efficiency.
